If you're like me, you really hate reading through huge long terms so lets keep this simple. I will do my very best to ensure that you safely receive an honestly represented animal. If for any reason you feel that hasnt happened, I am more than grateful for the opportunity to make it right.
...Having that said please understand there are some things that are entirely outside of my realm of control and as such, I do not take responsibility for them. Carrier delays and errors, sudden severe weather, care and environment that an animal is placed in after leaving my care, what fedex charges for shipping, and the like, are all examples of things outside of my control, and as such are outside of my guarantee.
**HONEST REPRESENTATION**
I promise to honestly represent the animals I offer. This means that you will receive an animal that is outwardly healthy, the gender and genetics I claim it is, to the very best of my knowledge. I try to represent colors as accurately as possible but variances in monitors make it impossible for me to know how well your monitor's screen matches, so color is not something I can guarantee perse, but I wont sell you a yellow snake and have it show up green. Thats just not cool, and again "honest representations" is what I strive for.
I also never sell an animal that isnt feeding on its own will. However, most reptile breeders will attest that the stress from shipping and moving into a new environment will often times put an animal off feed. This is very common, (especially in breeder aged ball pythons) and although I do not offer refunds in this event, I am happy to help you troubleshoot the issue until the animal is feeding in your care as well.
I do not 'flip' or resell reptiles. New acquisitions outside of my bloodlines are obtained with the intent of becoming future breeders. However, sometimes plans change and such animals may be offered for sale at their current value. These animals will be clearly identified as such and any information that i acquired from the person I obtained the animal from will be passed on to you.
Legalities: it is your responsibility to know the local laws regarding the animal you would like to purchase. I never knowingly ship an animal to places in which it is not legal to do so. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the laws in your area.
**SHIPPING**
YES. I can ship to you- even in winter! Something most people do not know about Alaska is that our planes are heated. So even in winter, it is safe and perfectly legal for me to ship to you. I have been doing this for many years and can provide numerous references to this fact at request. It is however, on average, at a higher cost than shipping within the states. Not a huge amount, but it can run about $30 more than say northern Washington. Please understand this is not within my control. I shipped up all of my breeding stock from respected breeders in the states, so I understand completely and try to compensate by offering really great prices for my animals.
Having that said shipping from Alaska to you is no different than anywhere else. I use industry standard insulated boxes with heat/cool packs, and ship using FedEx Overnight hub to hub delivery service. I only ship Monday-Wednesday, but year round, unless severe weather on your end prevents safe transit. We'll discuss a date that works for you prior to shipping.
Cost runs $45-100 depending on size, weight, and distance. I'll be happy to get you a shipping quote if you send me your zipcode.

Although this has never happened, If by some strange fluke you receive an animal that is not the gender I claimed it to be, Let me know immediately. I may request the animal be shipped back to me for confirmation before a refund will be given. In the case of a male animal being sent instead of a female, a clear photo of indentifying markings with the everted reproductive organ is sufficient. I will walk you through the process if this occurs, but again it never has yet. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), I always will request some form of proof, and may request the body be returned. I will do this so I can gain valuable information on what went wrong by means of necropsy and yes, sadly, to prevent fraud. This information could help to save others from the same fate, which is why I must insist. I will provide you with instructions in this event, but again, its never happened yet.
The cost of shipping is never refunded by me personally, although you may be able to obtain one through FedEx. Shipping is a service done for your convenience, something you pay for as a way to send an animal to you. So, if the box made it to you, that service is rendered and can not be refunded. All refunds are offered in the form of replacement or store credit. I do not offer cash refunds. In the many years I have been doing this, I have had only one refund request though. Which, I think, says a lot.
Inspection: It is your responsibility to inspect your new animal upon arrival, and if you should find any concern let me know right away. Its entirely out of my control what happens to an animal after it leaves my care, so if I do not hear from you, I do not offer refunds outside of the first 24 hours after delivery. This too, is industry standard shtuff.
** Payment**
I currently only accept payment via paypal or direct bank transfer. please contact me using the contact form on this site or, at [email protected], and include which animal(s) you are interested in, and if you need an animal shipped, the address to your fedex hub of choice for a shipping quote.
I do offer short payment plans, with down payment, but they are only refundable due to an extremely unlikely error on my end (such as the animal escapes or dies). If this interests you contact me and we'll work out a custom plan that works for you. Im pretty flexible on this. I know stuff happens sometimes, so I will work with you if you need more time, however, you will need to stay in contact with me in this event. In all plans if I dont hear from you, at all, within 35 days, I will consider the animal abandoned and it will be placed up for sale to someone else. Also, I do not consider an animal sold or on hold until a down payment or full payment is made. I have no way of knowing serious shoppers from window shoppers, so I do not take down ads until a payment is made.
